About the Position

As the Tech Lead at Noteless, you will play a key role within our core team. You’ll be a part of the leadership group and work closely with the technical team and medical experts to drive innovation, ensure high quality, and lead technical initiatives that advance the platform.

• Lead the design and implementation of new features and platform improvements
• Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical strategy and future roadmap
• Ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards for security and data privacy
• Optimize platform performance and scalability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and uphold best development practices
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols for handling healthcare data

What it Takes to Succeed in This Role

To succeed in this role, you should have strong expertise and experience in the technologies we use at Noteless, including React (or equivalent), TypeScript, and Python. Additionally, we hope you have experience scaling software solutions, including system architecture and technology selection. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, structure technical tasks, and support individual developers within our team.

It’s an advantage if you have experience with:

• Cloud-based infrastructure
• Developing AI-based applications
• API
• SaaS
• Leadership
